Tender, first-harvest leaves are stone-milled into an ultra-fine powder — emphasizing sweetness, vibrancy, and umami. Shade-grown for several weeks to enhance chlorophyll and amino acids, then hand-plucked, steamed, dried, and de-stemmed before slow stone-milling.
