Refund policy

1. Coffee Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee beans. However, we want you to be happy with your brew! If there was an error with your order, or if you are dissatisfied with the quality, please contact us at debistackboutique@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase so we can make it right.

2. Merchandise & Equipment

Non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

3. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged like: torn bag or damaged merchandise, please take a photo of the damage and the packaging and email it to us immediately. We will ship out a replacement at no extra cost to you.
