What is the return policy?

1. Coffee Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee beans. However, we want you to be happy with your brew! If there was an error with your order, or if you are dissatisfied with the quality, please contact us at debistackboutique@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase so we can make it right.

2. Merchandise & Equipment

Non-perishable items (such as mugs, apparel, or brewing equipment) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

3. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a broken mug or a punctured coffee bag), please take a photo of the damage and the packaging and email it to us immediately. We will ship out a replacement at no extra cost to you.

When will I get my order?

We ship our coffee within 2-3 days of the placed order to ensure freshness. Once an order is handed off to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), shipping times are out of our control. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your "Saddle Up" package hits the trail.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is $4.50 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item on the same order.
